LED Phototherapy Device

Product Introduction:

Used in medical institutions. Red/yellow/blue light is used for the treatment of inflammatory acne, eliminating inflammation and promoting skin wound healing; Yellow light (590nm)/infrared light (830nm) is used to promote wound healing (surgical wounds, bite wounds, infected wounds, skin wounds) and relieve wound pain; Red/green light is used for the treatment of inflammatory acne.

Product Performance Introduction:

The LED spectral therapy device uses a specific light source to regulate the activity of cells, known as light modulation. This visible light therapy is a non-invasive physical therapy method, where different wavelengths of light penetrate the skin to varying depths and have their own mechanisms of action. When used alone or in sequential combination with multiple light sources, it can be used for skin beauty and treatment of various skin diseases.

Q1: How are the main models of KN‑7000 differentiated?

A: ‑KN‑7000A: Cart-type large swing arm model, irradiation area approximately 970cm², suitable for large-area treatment of the face, chest, and back; mainstream model for dermatology and medical aesthetics departments. ‑KN‑7000B: Desktop model, irradiation area approximately 390cm², suitable for small-area lesions in outpatient clinics, with flexible placement in consultation rooms.
The suffix indicates the configured light source: R red light, B blue light, Y yellow light, G green light, I infrared light. It can output single light or combined light, and can be selected according to clinical needs.

Q2: What are the clinical effects of each wavelength?

A: 🔴Red light 633nm: promotes wound repair, accelerates wound healing, improves inflammatory skin lesions, and relieves pain;

🔵Blue light 417nm: targets inflammatory acne, inhibits acne-related pathogenic bacteria, and reduces red and swollen acne;

🟡Yellow light 590nm: soothes and calms, improves sensitivity and redness, and reduces wound pain;

🟢Green light 520nm: improves pigmentation, brightens skin tone, fades spots and acne marks, soothes sensitive skin, and regulates dull skin;

🔴Infrared 830nm: deeply promotes repair, relieves wound pain, and is used for postoperative wounds and infected wound repair.

Q3: Indications on the registration certificate?

A: For use in medical institutions. Red/yellow/blue light is used for the treatment of inflammatory acne, eliminating inflammation and promoting skin wound healing; yellow light (590nm)/infrared light (830nm) promotes the healing of surgical, bite, and infectious skin wounds and relieves wound pain.

Q4: What are the core hardware configurations of the device?

A: High-power LED matrix light source; multi-angle damped swing arm / stand; touchscreen display; supports continuous and pulsed dual modes; built-in multiple clinical preset protocols, adjustable time 0‑99min; treatment head can hover at multiple angles, suitable for irradiation of multiple body parts including head, face, and trunk.

Q5: In which clinical scenarios can it be used?

A: ✅ Mild-to-moderate inflammatory acne (red pimples, pustular acne) ✅ Various skin wounds: postoperative incisions, abrasions, bites, infected wounds ✅ Skin repair and redness reduction after photoelectric / fractional laser treatment ✅ Soothing and calming for dermatitis and sensitive skin ✅ Adjunctive repair treatment for burns and chronic wounds ✅ Adjunctive improvement of pigmentation, dull skin tone, acne marks, and spots (green light mode)

Q6: In which situations is use prohibited?

A: ❌ Malignant tumor lesion areas; ❌ People with photosensitive diseases or taking photosensitizing drugs; ❌ Direct eye irradiation; ❌ Acutely bleeding wounds; ❌ The abdomen and eyes of pregnant women must not be irradiated; ❌ Irradiation of malignant skin lesions is prohibited.

Q7: Can it directly replace medication for acne treatment?

A: It cannot replace medication. It is a physical adjunctive therapy. For moderate-to-severe acne, it is recommended to combine with topical/oral medications to improve efficacy.

Q8: What is the standard operating procedure?

A: 1. Clean the skin before treatment, remove skincare products, ointments, and makeup; 2. The patient wears matching goggles and keeps the eyes closed throughout; 3. Adjust the treatment head and control the standard working distance at 5‑8cm (handheld model 2‑3cm); 4. Select the light source mode and set the treatment duration; 5. The device runs a countdown and stops automatically at the end; 6. After treatment, normal cold compress and skincare can be performed.

Q9: How to choose parameters for different conditions?

A: Inflammatory acne: mainly blue light, red+blue combination may be used; wound repair, postoperative repair: red light / red + yellow light; sensitive redness and calming: yellow light; painful wounds: yellow light + infrared; pigmentation, dullness, and acne marks: mainly green light, green + red combination may be used for brightening and repair. Single session 10‑20min, 2‑4 times per week, follow the clinical protocol.

Q10: Is the closer the distance during treatment, the better the effect?

A: No. Strictly follow the specified working distance of the device. If the distance is too close, excessive energy may easily cause skin burning and redness; if the distance is too far, insufficient energy will affect efficacy.

Q11: Will the light source harm the eyes?

A: Strong LED light. Directly looking at the light source is prohibited. Doctors and patients must wear matching protective goggles to avoid eye light damage.

Q12: What adverse reactions may occur?

A: Under normal tolerance, there is no obvious discomfort; a few may experience temporary skin redness and dryness, which is a transient reaction. The single session duration can be shortened and moisturizing strengthened; if persistent burning, stinging, or blisters occur, stop treatment immediately and consult a dermatologist.

Q13: Is sunscreen needed after treatment?

A: After treatment, the skin is relatively sensitive. It is recommended to do daily sun protection and avoid sun exposure; during green light treatment for pigmentation, strict sun protection is especially needed, otherwise rebound hyperpigmentation may easily occur.

Q14: How should the device be maintained?

A: After power off and cooling, wipe the treatment head housing with a soft dry cloth; do not spray liquid directly onto the device; do not directly wipe the LED beads with alcohol to avoid light source damage; regularly check the swing arm damping and light source output.

Q15: Warranty and training?

A: Standard warranty for the whole machine is 1 year; the manufacturer provides installation and clinical operation training; long-term technical support is provided, and extended warranty is supported.
